Refunds and cancellations
How fees, refunds and cancellations work for KCC events and courses.
Fees
Entry and course fees are confirmed in writing by the KCC team before you pay. Pay only through the methods the team shares.
If KCC cancels or reschedules
You can move your entry or course place to the next edition, or ask for a refund of the fee you paid.
If you withdraw
Tell the team as early as you can. Refunds are decided case by case, based on how close the event or course start is and the costs already committed.
Medical non-clearance
If the KCC medical team does not clear you to compete, you can move your entry to a later edition.
