What we collect
Details you submit in forms: name, email, phone, city, discipline and message.
For fighter registration, the documents KCC asks for, such as the accreditation form, medical examination form, sports-medical questionnaire, signed waiver and proof of payment.
Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, kept in the web server logs of our hosting provider.
Analytics and advertising data only if you accept them in the cookie prompt.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and run registrations.
To check fitness to compete and keep fighters and staff safe.
To tell you about events you asked to hear about.
To meet legal and accounting duties.
Medical information
Medical forms and questionnaires are shared only with the KCC medical and safety team and event medical staff, and only as far as needed for your safety.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host this website, send email or messages, or process payments, and event partners where needed to run an event. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Write to info@kombatcreed.com.
Fighters under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores a draft of an unsent form and your cookie choice in your browser so you do not retype them. Analytics and advertising tags load only after you accept.
